Description
The GME MT610G is a compact, lightweight GPS Personal Locator Beacon (PLB), designed to summon emergency assistance when travelling in remote or isolated areas. Australian-made, it features an integrated 72-channel GPS/Galileo receiver, a 406 MHz satellite distress transmitter and a 121.5 MHz homing transmitter to help rescue teams locate the beacon.
With IP68 water protection, an inherently buoyant design and a seven-year battery life, the MT610G is suitable for 4WD touring, hiking, boating and other outdoor activities where reliable emergency signalling is essential. It carries a six-year warranty and is certified to COSPAS-SARSAT Class 2 requirements.
