AUS 4WD Equipment Sales Assistant
We currently have an excellent opportunity available to drive the success of the AUS 4WD Equipment business by assisting the AUS 4WD Equipment Manager with inventory management, retail and trade sales to build the brand of ‘AUS 4WD Equipment’ in all aspects. The successful candidate will be responsible for continually ensuring they deliver a premium retail service that maximises the guest experience. With TJM being our key brand supplier and business partner, the successful candidate will contribute towards maintaining and building this key business relationship. An attractive remuneration package is offered for this position, including a company 4WD vehicle.
The successful candidate will be required to develop and maintain relationships with various automotive industry contacts including vehicle manufacturers, vehicle dealers, accessory product suppliers etc. in order to obtain the best possible pricing and delivery of products.
The position also requires a positive contribution towards collaborating with our AUS Mechanical Services (AMS) operations, to ensure the booking, planning and delivery of all work performed maximises the customer experience.
The successful candidate will also possess the following attributes:
- Previous 4WD retail accessory experience
- Previous experience in practical application of a broad range of 4WD accessories
- Previous experience in various vehicle types and accessory fitment compatibility (desirable)
- 4WD and adventure products enthusiast
- Willingness to work out of set hours in order to complete the position requirements
- Excellent communication skills and sound interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability o manage and prioritize workloads
- UNITS (point of sale / DMS) prior experience (desirable)
- Proven accountability for high customer and client service satisfaction
