Equipped with an exclusive advanced, next generation solid state Battery Management System (BMS) that protects your battery from damage due to extremes of Current, Voltage and Temperature and ensures correctly balanced cells. Designed to handle high vibrations experienced in the Aussie outback corrugations or marine environments.
Perfect for those simple setups – running a fridge and some lights – or connect an unlimited number in parallel to run a higher powered inverter*!
We use only the highest quality new internal components and new large format prismatic cells, ensuring optimal balancing of each cell for maximum longevity and ultimate performance.
BATTERY
With IP65 ABS plastic casing and fold out carry handles, this lightweight battery allows for easy installation and safe use in external battery boxes.
Can be paired with the optional lightweight powder coated aluminium tie down tray & cam buckle straps, made specifically for your AllSpark battery, for secure installation.
CELLS
AllSpark Batteries are manufactured using brand new, premium quality A-Grade large format prismatic cells, with genuine cycle life testing (no inflated numbers), you can rely on AllSpark batteries for the long run.
All AllSpark Battery LiFePO4 cells are 3.2V connected in series in banks of 4, 8, 12 or 16 to achieve 12, 24, 36 or 48V. With cell continuous discharge ratings of 1C and peak output of up to 2C, you can be assured of a high performing battery to meet your power demands.
Cell interconnecting busbars are multi pass lazer welded with more than 1″ of weld per busbar connection to make them bullet proof on corrugations.
Each AllSpark Prismatic cell has integrated safety mechanism to protect your vehicle in the extremely unlikely event of a cell fault:
- High Pressure safety release vents that will open to release excess energy
- Internal Cell fusing
- Flame retardant Electrolyte
BLUETOOTH INTEGRATION
Easily monitor your battery’s performance and health via Bluetooth, accessing real-time data and settings from your smart device. The AllSpark app provides detailed metrics for optimal power management, ensuring comprehensive oversight via Bluetooth, including:
- State of Charge (%): Monitor the exact charge level.
- Total Battery Pack Voltage: Receive precise total voltage readings.
- Current In/Out (Net Value): Track the net current to and from the battery.
- Power In/Out (Net Value): View the net power to and from the battery.
- Cycles: Keep track of the number of cycles completed.
- Capacity: Observe the available amp-hours remaining based on the current state of charge.
- Temperature of BMS: Ensure the Battery Management System maintains optimal operating temperatures.
- Status of BMS: Check if the system status is normal or if it’s in protection mode.
- Status of Balancing of Cells: Assess the cell balancing activities.
- Charge and Discharge On/Off Switch: Utilize this for isolating the battery or waking up a drained battery from sleep mode.
- Individual Cell Voltages: Monitor voltages for each cell, ensuring balanced performance.
- History: Access historical data for informed analysis.
- Serial Number: Verify and reference the unique battery identifier.
