RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All purchased items must be returned within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
FEE’S
For all “Change of Mind” returns there will be a 20% re stocking fee which is payable before returning the item. The item will not be valid for return unless a re stocking fee is paid. A representative from AUS 4WD Equipment will contact you to process the re stocking fee. All defective products will be assessed and determined by AUS 4WD Equipment if the return is valid and no re stocking fee is to be charged.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at 4wdsales@aus4wd.com.au to confirm if returning your item is possible and details to return the item back to our return collection point. After receiving your confirmation that a return is possible, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
It is the customers responsibility for any lost items in the returns process. AUS 4WD Equipment does not take any responsibility in the returns process until receiving the items in full.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return if items are valid for refund (If items are not valid we will contact you to discuss your options). Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Returns will be processed and refunded back to the card/payment method used upon initial purchase unless stated otherwise.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Damaged or Used Items (For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange).
- Sale items – Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
